Restorative Bodywork & Movement Training. Pelvic/Abdominal specialist.
Beth is immersed in biomechanics, pelvic health and building a movement centered life.
She so enjoys spending time outside, and traveling with her husband and two boys. Before mothering she worked as a Biochemist. This scientific perspective informs her movement and massage work. Beth certified with Nutritious Movement as a Restorative Exercise Specialist after her second birth caused pelvic pain that really interfered with her desire for an active life. She finds so much fulfillment in exploring alignment and movement with her clients to increase their ease, ability and connection in their bodies.
Beth has always hand gifted hands for massage. Her therapeutic massage is a combination of constantly learning more about the body and intuitively listening to the individual body through touch. The combination of knowledge and intuition lead her to Holistic Post Partumn bodywork. Receiving this work truly catalyzed her own healing. Integrating and creating closure of our birthing experiences in the body gives the body new physical ability to heal, feel well and pursue our passions in life.
Beth works with clients in her mini studio in east Ann Arbor. Workshops are her favorite way to teach her community. She Loves exploring how we can align our daily lives to provide the variety of movement our cells crave.
