Meet Jurgita, a guided meditation and wellness coach. Meditation brought mental clarity and emotional calm into her life where nothing else could, and her life’s desire is to share that with others. Meditation and mindfulness are extremely important and essential to personal well-being both on personal and corporate levels, and in seeing the lack of guidance available to individuals and corporations, Jurgita is excited to fill a need in that area.
Jurgita has 2 daughters and 2 dogs:) Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is take nature walks, listen to podcasts and travel. She has been practicing meditation for over 10 years and launched Namaste Life community a little over a year ago.
She would say her life experiences that led her to discover ways of finding balance and at the same time enjoying the journey itself in her own life by being mindful and present as much as she is able to. Jurgita is a former psychologist who decided that she wanted to be there more for her clients. Her mission is to help women and men unleash their true potential by helping people to discover their own vision and what they stand for, uncovering and crushing fears that are holding them back, and empowering them to step out of their comfort zone by taking action steps towards their authentic, meaningful and effortless life. Jurgita's mission is to ignite people with passion for life so that they would stop existing and start living their meaningful lives through mindfulness and meditation.
