Jen is the founder and owner of 989Concierge, a professional assistant service that allows businesses to delegate their to do list! For the past 10 year, she worked in human services as a case manager, then program director. She has a bachelor degree from Saginaw Valley State University in Social Work. Jen is active in the community; an ambassador for the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, volunteer for the Studio 23 The Arts Center, a member of the Recipient Rights Committee with McLaren Bay Region and member of the Bay City Kiwanis Club. With a passion for solving problems and skill in prioritizing and managing tasks, Jen decided to create a service to support small businesses and entrepreneurs in Bay City, a small town that is rapidly growing!
