Influencer, Blogger, Supporter if small/local businesses
Michelle is a retired Photographer/Event Planner turned influencer/micro blogger. She is also a Mother, Believer, and coffee addict! Prior to this Michelle was a Quality Director for a direct supplier to the automotive industry and responsible for 20+ facilities, co chair of her daughters school PTL, and finished her degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix online fall of 2005.
Michelle's graduation present to herself was the official start of her own business "A Bit of Bella Photography and Keepsakes" in 2006. She had been planning events, making wedding scrapbooks/shadow boxes and photography unofficially for about 5 years prior to making it official. Michelle's business took off from 90% of her clients being referrals and profits doubled each year. Due to her fighting a chronic illness, she was no longer able be employed or run the business full time, so she handed over her business name to her second shooter and as she got stronger, she was able to continue doing freelance photography until this year asher illness has progressed.
Michelle is an artistic collaborator and mentor. Supporting and promoting women owned businesses (local, small and non- profit). Boss Ladies Referral Crew enabled her to connect with so many great women and made her feel useful again. BLRC has given me the opportunity to help others succeed in any way possible, whether as a reference guide from her experience or bringing up new ideas for them to make into reality, collaborating on events, promoting connects and other great events as well as continuing to give back to the community.
"BLRC is such a breath of fresh air. Women helping and cheering on other women to succeed, having a strong focus on collaboration over competition and I have seen and been involved with some of the best collaborations ever. Forever grateful to all the strong and passionate ladies I have met and all the ladies that I will get to meet. Stronger together always." ~ Michelle
