Shannon Picklesimer is a working mother of six children ranging from the ages of 7 to 14 years old, they have a very busy household!

 

Shannon is a "career changer" after spending the last 13 years in medical sales. She is looking forward to what Boss Ladies can bring into her life regarding meeting women similar to her! She is fairly new to the area and felt that it would be beneficial to join Boss Ladies to make new friends that may live within her community as well as women that are outside of our children's sports teams and schools.

 

Shannon recently joined the Ann Arbor team at Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative. Her interest in this field began when she started to think about her families own well being regarding their future goals and aspirations. She thought to herself  "what an awarding career this could be for me." She loves to help people solve problems with solutions in mind, she has helped so many physicians and patients over the years, but felt a void when she didn't get to have follow up with them down the road. Shannon believes that her new position can fill that bucket beautifully.

 

Her goal in joining Boss Ladies is two fold. The first one being to meet people and families like herself that she may be able to help, the second being that she is interested in meeting like minded women that juggle all that they do on the daily for personal support. She looks forward to building relationships with everyone as well as helping to empower each other.

She started this business because she wanted to have life long relationships with her clients. She wants to be able to grow with her clients and their families. Shannon believes sales is never really selling anything when you are passionate about finding and offering the right solutions for individuals needs. This career will allow her to help people with their individual goals and nurture that relationship along the way.

Shannon's hobbies include: Camping, traveling, fishing and her children's sports!
