Before launching Boss Ladies Referral Crew, I managed regional and national sales for a global franchise company, led advertising strategy for a major newspaper, and developed high-performing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. I’ve trained teams, scaled systems, managed multi-state operations, and helped franchisees grow revenue through structure and strategy.
Since 2017, I’ve taken that expertise and poured it into a community that now spans hundreds of women entrepreneurs. Through 1:1 coaching and hands-on strategy sessions, I’ve helped women turn ideas into income and side hustles into sustainable businesses. From startup guidance to systems planning, launch strategy to marketing execution—this isn’t cookie-cutter coaching. It’s customized, based on what actually works.
