With over 25 years of corporate hospitality experience, Debi Kinney has built a career defined by leadership excellence, high performance, and exceptional service. She has been recognized as one of My Vegas Magazine’s Top 100 Women of the Year and honored in Vegas Inc’s 40 Under 40. Throughout her corporate career, Debi consistently ranked among the top performers in sales and was repeatedly acknowledged for outstanding customer satisfaction and results.

 

Today, as the CEO of Hello Coaching, Debi has come full circle - returning to her roots in health and wellness and drawing from more than 35 years of personal and professional experience. Through her signature Goals Coaching System, she helps clients create meaningful transformation in their health, fitness, lifestyle, and business using simple, sustainable strategies that provide clarity, accountability, and lasting results.

 

Debi leads by example. Five years ago, she underwent her own complete body and business transformation - losing 26 pounds, reducing body fat by 17%, eliminating chronic pain and inflammation, and stepping into the best shape of her life as she approaches 50. This lived experience deeply informs her coaching and allows her to connect authentically with high-performing clients seeking sustainable change.

Beyond her coaching practice, Debi is deeply committed to community impact. As Captain of Team Brain Health, she has raised more than $56,000 for the Las Vegas Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She also serves as President of Win Win Charity, an organization dedicated to bringing joy to children in hospitals through entertainment and engagement.

 

Debi’s business has evolved organically over the past five years to meet the needs of her clients. What began as health coaching expanded into life coaching, personal training, and business consulting. She also facilitates a weekly online women’s business group, Business Besties, hosts in-person networking events for women entrepreneurs, and offers monthly golf lessons designed to support connection and confidence.

 

At the heart of Debi’s work is a passion for helping others feel better, live better, and reach their goals with alignment and intention. Her favorite part of coaching - beyond witnessing client breakthroughs - is the time and financial freedom her business provides, allowing her to design a life rooted in wellness, family, service, and connection.

 

Outside of work, Debi is a devoted wife and mom who enjoys hiking, yoga, walking, daily meditation, travel, and creating healthier versions of comfort foods. She is known for her natural ability to connect people - to each other and to the solutions they are seeking - making her coaching both impactful and deeply relational.
