Kelly's professional background started at the age of 18 in sales, marketing, advertising + helping to build two start-up companies - a franchise concept & a software technology company. She had been involved in networking for 18 years, prior to starting her own networking company in 2017 = 22+ years. All of her work knowledge + networking experiences combined led her to starting the Boss Ladies Referral Crew Community.
