Cynthia Hutchinson is a Realtor serving Washtenaw & Livingston Counties. She loves being able to help her clients through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. Buying or selling a home is an emotional journey and she's grateful to be there and help make the transaction as seamless as possible. Cynthia has made so many friendships through her business and real estate continues to open new doors of opportunity!

She has been in the real estate world a total of 3 years. She started in 2016. Took some time off and renewed her license in January 2022.

Cynthia and her husband got married in the Dominican Republic! They been married for 4 years and have 2 doggies they adore. She loves being outside; walking, running, hiking, yoga, reading, gardening, boating, relaxing. Cynthia is also a certified yoga teacher and a senior fitness specialist. She teaches seniors cardio & strength classes. She loves being at home with her family. They also like to travel when they can fit it in!

Cynthia worked 9-5 jobs for many years. She then decided she wanted to create her future. She wanted to build a beautiful life for her and her husband. She believes we are put on this earth to serve our neighbors, our communities and to help. Being able to help people find a HOME where they can create memories brings her JOY.
