Britta Floyd is a traveling connoisseur and author of AMONGST WEREWOLVES (Red Beard Press, 2014).

She was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has studied in Derby, England, and currently houses all her books and maps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She and her trusty backpack have traveled all over Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America and the Middle East. During the rare moments when she’s not traveling you can find her in Trader Joe’s picking up flowers and cheese, getting a coffee in Fairmont whilst writing poems or binge watching HGTV.

 

She’s currently working on a project called World Institute, a study abroad preparatory program for underrepresented high school students around the country.
