Claire despised being raised on a 7th generation working crop farm in a small southern Michigan village but came around to it's benefits eventually. Her family started growing teff and she threw it in granola one day. Teffola, teff granola, has grown and is now sold in grocery stores across Michigan and Ohio.

We're bold in flavor and brave in character. Encouraging others to be bold and brave in their own way is our #1 mission.

Claire’s hobby is exercising... she loves spin class and working out at home!
