Zana has been helping businesses nearly her whole life. Growing up (and just until recently), her family owned a restaurant, so she developed a business mindset early on, along with an appreciation for what it takes to be a successful business leader. That appreciation and understanding forms the foundation of her client relationships.

Today, she advises emerging and established small businesses and other closely held organizations on a wide range of business legal issues. Her clients include creative companies, financial institutions, restaurants and dozens of other businesses. Zana serves the role of general counsel to clients, advising on varied subject matter including:

business formation, including organizational documents such as shareholder agreements, employment issues,negotiation of contracts, including leases and vendor agreements, acquisitions and mergers, selling or otherwise disposing of assets, succession planning and buy sell agreements.
